BoardSource increases the effectiveness of nonprofits by strengthening their boards of directors. The BoardSource magazine is their primary news source for the entire organization. Mediastudio was commissioned to develop a new look for the publication, and provides continuing design support to aid in consistency from issue to issue. As part of our work, research within the organization was done to understand recent change within the organization, prioritize developments to showcase, and overall organizational culture. An open, journal-style publication was developed to reflect the acclaimed knowledge of the group, but also to provide a fresh and updated look.
